Every event in dropin is private. There are no public events, and events can't be found by searching. You must be signed in to see anything inside an event.
Only the person who created the event and the people who joined it through its invite link. Opening an invite link shows only the event's name, company, place and dates, and you have to sign in before you see anything else. Information from one event is never shown in another.
Photos, slides, documents, notes and contacts you drop are stored privately. Files are shown through short-lived links that stop working after about an hour, so a copied link doesn't give lasting access.
To answer ASK questions and write the BRIEF, dropin sends the drops from that one event to an AI model. It only uses that event's drops, and it says so when they don't contain enough to answer.
Tap ••• next to any of your own drops and choose Delete. Only you can edit or delete your drops.
The person who created the event can delete it from Event settings (the gear button on the event page). This permanently removes its drops, files, contacts, briefs and member list.
